6 Simple Self Care Tips That Will Only Take You 15 Minutes

I get it—life is hectic, and finding time for yourself can feel impossible. But here are six super simple self-care tips that only take 15 minutes a day. You deserve these little moments! I wanted to keep this short and sweet because you are probably like me and you only have a few minutes to read and think, however, these tips will help your mood throughout the day.

  • Say a Quick Prayer: Start your day with a quick prayer. It helps center your mind and brings a sense of peace before diving into the chaos.
  • Drink Some Water: Hydration is key! Take a moment to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. It wakes up your body and kickstarts your metabolism. I personally like using a bottle with time reminders so I don’t forget to drink it!
  • Do a Few Stretches: Spend a few minutes stretching. It doesn’t have to be a full workout—just some gentle movements to loosen up your muscles and get your blood flowing.
  • Spend 5 Minutes Organizing: Tackle a small area of your home or workspace for five minutes. Whether it’s tidying up the kitchen counter or your desk, a bit of organization can clear mental clutter too.
  • Write 3 Things You’re Grateful For: Take a moment to jot down three things you’re grateful for. It shifts your focus to the positive and can improve your overall mood. I personally like to use a gratitude journal so all my positive reminders are in one place.
  • Say “Everything Will Be Fine”: Look in the mirror and tell yourself, “Everything will be fine.” It might sound simple, but reminding yourself you will be ok can boost your confidence and resilience.

These little acts of self-care can make a big difference. Remember, you’re doing amazing!
